weight loss diet

1 can French cut green beans minced (easier to work with, I think)
1 small can of chopped carrots or one small package of the grated carrots in
the produce section
1 pound of no-fat, small curd cottage cheese
1 pound lean, boiled and drained ground beef.

Mix all of this together and give a generous cup once a day, maybe
2/3rds cup twice a day.  This works quickly and they love it.  Feed until
it's gone and then wait a couple of weeks before trying it again if you
want to go a little further.

Above is the original recipe.  I would use either fresh or frozen veggies instead of canned.  If canned I would rinse to get as much salt off as possible.
