The CKCSC of Central Arizona will be holding its FIRST pointed specialty show http://www.cavalierclubofarizona.com/2009show.html  on Feb. 26, 2009 in beautiful, sunny Scottsdale, Arizona!  

The show will be held on 19 acres of green polo fields at Westworld and will be followed by an additional four days of all-breed shows known as the Fiesta Cluster.  We hope you will all decide to take a break from the winter weather and join us!

 We ask that you forward this e-mail to your members who may be interested in attending or otherwise supporting our show with advertisements, etc.

In addition to the show, we are planning a special celebration dinner and although the plans are "still in progress,"  we would like to tease you just a little with the information that this will not be your typical welcome dinner!  We'll make more details available soon, but you can be sure this will be a fun evening you will not want to miss!  

A silent auction will accompany the celebration dinner - we have already started a collection of very nice items for the auction but if your club or its members have an interest in donating an item for the auction, we would welcome your support.  Attached is an auction donation form for those who may be interested.

Our Club has also made four major show sponsorships available --  two of these have already been taken, but two are still available. These four sponsors will be given the premium advertising space in the show catalog as well having advertising space available on our club web site http://www.cavalierclubofarizona.com/sponsors.html. Prices for the remaining sponsorship are listed below - interested show sponsors should contact Ken Smith at kennan@az2you.com.

Catalog advertising http://www.cavalierclubofarizona.com/catalogad.html  is also now being accepted. The ad deadline is January 9, 2009 and full-page black and white ads are very reasonably priced at $45, including one photo or logo.  Interested parties should contact our catalog chair, Shelly Fields, at shellyraefields@cox.net.

We are still in the process of making final (beautiful) trophy selections.  We have had several inquiries as to sponsorship of trophies and those inquiries are very much appreciated!  We hope to have the selection process finalized soon! Nikki Postero at nikkipostero@cox.net is our trophy chair.

The CKCS Club of Central Arizona is very excited about our upcoming show.  Please come and share our excitement and celebrate our first show with us!  We very much appreciate the support and encouragement of our sister clubs and their membership!
