Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef liver
  • 1 c whole wheat flour
  • 1 c corn meal
  • 12 clv garlic
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Puree liver and garlic in food processor.  Add eggs, whole wheat flour and corn meal.  Grease cookie sheet and pour mixture onto cookie sheet.  Bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes, flipping over halfway through baking.  Cut into desired squares.

I used the minced garlic from Costco and guessed at the amount

Notes

I put a hand full in a baggie and then put the baggies in a larger one and froze them.
