EYE CLINIC   Dr. Paul Scherlie will perform eye exams.  Forms will be provided for you to fill out when you arrive.  Upon arrival for eye exams, don’t forget that your dog will need drops in his/her eyes prior to the exam and you need to fill out the forms so arrive about 10 – 20 minutes prior to your appointment.  Eye Exams (CERF) $25.00

HEART CLINIC   Dr. Gary Wood will perform the heart exams.  You can print forms from www.heartvet.com and fill them out and bring them with you.  Heart Exams (OFA) $35.00

Appointments Please – For heart and eye exam appointments email Wendy Stang at wendy@bctonline.com or call (503) 632-4434.  Walk-ins will be worked in around appointments.  Eye and heart exams may be paid by VISA or MASTERCARD, cash or check.

INTERNATIONAL CANINE SEMEN BANK (ICSB) will be on site for semen collection, evaluation, freezing and storing.  By Appointment only.  For appointment call ICSB at (503) 663-7031

Appointments for all other services must be made with East Padden Animal Hospital (360) 892-1500.  DIGITAL X-rays will be done without sedation if possible.  If sedation is required there will be an additional charge.  Be sure to bring your dogs registration information with you.   East Padden Animal Hospital does NOT accept checks.  Services may be paid for by cash, credit (Visa, MC & AmEx), debit cards, or Carecredit

(OFA forms and fee included) Please Note:  Owners will not be allowed to accompany their pet at the time of x-rays.  Due to high demand and time constraints, radiographic consults will only be given if your dog has abnormal results. Clients may purchase a CD of their dogs radiograph for an additional $10.00

Dr. Tracy Thompson and the staff of the East Padden Animal Hospital will perform all services except for the semen collection, evaluation and storing, and the heart and eye exams.
