This piece is in response to the BBC Pedigree Dogs Exposed and the Today show piece that highlighted the BBC program.

ACKCSC Response to the 12/10/09 Today Show Segment
The sensationalist segment that aired on the Today Show, Dec. 10, 2009,
gave a bleak and non-scientific picture of the world of purebred dogs in
general and the breeder in specific. Unfortunately, it highlighted the Cavalier
in its bias.
Reputable Cavalier breeders the world over acknowledge that, like all

1 can French cut green beans minced (easier to work with, I think)
1 small can of chopped carrots or one small package of the grated carrots in
the produce section
1 pound of no-fat, small curd cottage cheese
